Who we are
Torneria Automatica Faentina was founded in 1981 by Enio Pasini and Giancarlo Misirocchi, at the time employees of CISA, a leading company in the production of locks and passive security systems. In rented rooms of 350 square meters, the two workers thus founded the first automatic turning shop in the Faenza area, which has grown over the years with customers and machinery. In 2006, the company moved to its new headquarters (about 1500 square meters) which allowed to optimize the production of hinges for locks, passive security systems, fittings for hydraulics, inserts for the plastic injection sector. Processing in close contact with the customer The qualified and experienced staff of the company is at the complete disposal of customers to create small parts that can completely satisfy the different needs and requirements: the products are made to customer design and the processing takes place in close contact in order to ensure the excellent result of the product. TAF guarantees manufacturing punctual efficient with excellent value for money Whatever your design or need, the company based in Faenza will do everything to create a product in line with your needs and that can last over time. For the production of quality turning and small parts products, it is necessary to work with efficient and safe machinery, following the latest technologies developed on the market: TAF, based in Faenza, has a quality machinery fleet thanks to which the company's qualified and experienced staff is able to produce precise small metal products also according to the customer's design. The brands of our lathes: BIGLIA CITIZEN DMG GILDEMEISTER GRAZIANO STAR Cleaning of parts and anti-rust treatment Upon customer request, TAF performs the washing of small parts with anti-rust treatment: the protective is a highly water-repellent fluid product that leaves a thin film on the metal surfaces, which can be removed with petroleum solvents of any type. The service allows the warehouse protection of steel and metal products which will thus be protected from oxidation: the company based in Faenza has integrated the anti-rust product into its solvent-based metal washing machine which at the end of the washing cycle automatically performs the anti-rust treatment .
