We are more than PTFE

Sure PTFE is one of the most interesting plastics and is used just as successfully in machine and plant construction as in medicine or semiconductor technology. However, sometimes material properties are required, which are lighter, cheaper or faster to achieve with other high performance plastics.

And since we want to produce materials that are tailored to your needs, we process, for example, the following plastic materials:

PTG GmbH was founded on November 10th, 2006 by the company Gröber Metallverarbeitung. The core competence in surface finishing through superfinishing was supplemented by the strategic procurement management of drawing parts and assemblies as well as the trade in sliding elements.

We are a medium-sized company with around 110 friendly and competent employees, which has been producing high-quality CNC turning, milling and erode parts in small and medium-sized series for demanding customers since 1994, e.g. from medical technology, Lienar & drive technology, Laser technology, optical technology and measurement technology. In our own electroplating shop, we anodize aluminum parts. Our offer also includes the pre-assembly and final assembly of components and devices.

The young company, founded in 2009 builds on the expertise and long experience of the manager. Already in 1990, the origins of the company began with the founding of "Kruse-Mechanical Workshop", from the 2001 CK Zerspannungs GmbH. The PTN precision parts Neubrandenburg GmbH developed with the aim of specializing in manufacturing precision parts for small and medium series.

Punch Powertrain is an international player, with a strong presence in Europe and China. Initially only specializing in the area of gearbox development, with our broad-based production we are able to meet almost all requirements, from centering pins to complete gearboxes.

Thanks to modern measurement technology, we can also measure and document complex components reliably and with high repeat accuracy; EMPBs and cover sheet samples are possible according to customer specifications.
