Westerceller Maschinenbau GmbH - We offer you optimal solutions for demanding tasks and are characterized by great experience and tradition. Shortly after the foundation of Westerceller Maschinenbau GmbH in 1976, the construction of a turning shop started as a job shop. Well-known regional drilling companies and international companies from the oil and gas supply industry were quickly won over as customers. The slogan "turning-grooving" has become increasingly important since the mid-1980s and the number of employees has been increasing steadily since then. With an experienced and motivated team, the constantly growing demands that customers place on WMB are reliably met. With the purchase of adjoining commercial space and the construction of several new production and storage halls, the company was considerably expanded in the years 1999 to 2001. In 2011, the decision was also made to set up a professional quality management system.Quality management (QM) describes all organizational measures that serve to improve the process quality, the services and thus the product in any way. This was followed by the move of the administration to a new building, centrally located on the company premises, in 2013, as well as the expansion of the company infrastructure and quality control in the following year. With the help of these measures, the qualification as a Supplier Self Release (SSR) supplier for a well-known customer was achieved, which means that selected products can be shipped worldwide without further external controls. Through future-oriented projects like these, lead times, quality and ultimately also the cooperation with the customer are continuously improved. Westerceller Maschinenbau GmbH is constantly developing and is excited about the challenges of the future. We don't go crazy with demanding tasks, but always deliver quality of the highest precision.We manufacture individual parts or small series according to customer drawings on our conventional, cycle-controlled or CNC machines. From simple wrench flats, bores, chamfers or threads of all kinds through filigree frame parts to axisymmetric components with rotary tables mounted on machine tables - we can easily manufacture it for you. In addition to plastics and aluminum, we also process high-strength materials such as stainless steel, titanium alloys or Inconel. Our machine park also has drilling / milling machines specially designed for the drilling industry with a travel in the X axis of 8000 millimeters for machining pipes. Sawing the various materials is also part of our daily routine. We cut up to a material length of 13 meters and a maximum of 400 mm in diameter with our KASTO saws. We also offer various options for confusion-free product labeling, from the classic number of strokes to laser marking, as well as extensive quality control using modern measuring and testing methods. Tasks that our internal processing cannot perform are also no problem for us. We work with reliable partners who do additional work for us with the usual high quality standard. This includes straightening, blasting, bondering, deep drilling, honing, peeling, welding, coating, eroding and much more. Various heat treatments according to specifications with subsequent material testing by ultrasound, hardness measurement, surface crack testing and X-ray are also possible without any problems.
