Production:
Steel castings for all relevant EN / DIN + SEW + special grades to 5 tons unit weight.
Wear-resistant cast steels and nodular cast iron / ADI to EN + DIN to 3 tons unit weight, including processing on modern lathes, drilling, milling, grinding and gear cutting machines.


Product range:
Pump housing, Schleißwände, transmission parts;
Crane wheels, pulleys, for leading crane manufacturer;
Wheels, wheel sets, wheel bearings, eg for tunnel kiln cars, drying cars and rolling stock for the brick / ceramic industry;
Components for wind power technology, etc.; approximately 4000 t / year.


Foundry equipment:
3x 2,5 t Mittelfrequenzinduktionsöfen;
Machine molding with box size of 500 Ø - 700 , partially automated;
With hand molding box size to 3000 , partially automated;
Overhead cranes up to 10 t;
Cleaning with jet houses, cutting and grinding equipment;
