CFK is one of the leading centers for high-precision wire, sink and drilling erosion and a professional partner for 3D printing in metal. We offer a high level of consulting and development expertise in these technologies. The range of unit weights ranges from 0.002 g to 4000 kg and workpiece sizes from μm to m. We work with the latest milling technologies with integrated simulations and testing routines when creating CNC programs. With our 3 and 5-axis machines, we can cover production areas of 1000 x 800 x 720 mm and comply with tolerances down to micrometers.

Our knowledge is based on years of experience with CAD & CAM data. Classic 3-axis processing through to simulated 5-axis machining enables us to implement your design data without errors. The direct transfer of data guarantees accurate and error-free production. Continuous quality assurance and testing is a matter of course for us.

With our lathes, we produce precise and sophisticated turned parts individually and according to your specifications and drawings as individual parts, in small or medium-sized series — with short delivery times and consistently high quality.

Materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, plastic and brass are mainly processed. The turned parts are machined on the most modern CNC lathes from DMG and Weiler.

We are also happy to carry out the subsequent surface treatment and complete assembly of the components for you.

We produce parts up to 380 mm in diameter and a turning length of 510 mm.

ZINC DIE-CASTING
With zinc, extremely filigree or thin-walled, technically high-quality parts can be cast and a very high degree of accuracy is achieved. In addition, zinc die-casting guarantees high productivity even with small quantities and, thanks to its durability, is a very interesting economic process.
At our location in Furtwangen, zinc die-cast parts with a part weight of up to 700 grams cast in die casting machines with a clamping force of 5 to 125 tons. With a maximum clamping area of 400 x 600 millimetres, we cast the alloy Z410.


MIM - Metal Injection Moulding
In series production, MIM opens up completely new technical possibilities - right up to highly complex geometries and always with optimised cost-effectiveness.
Cross holes, internal and external threads, gear teeth and surface structures are easily integrated into the component by MIM. The process combines the freedom of plastic injection moulding with the properties of metals. At REINER, a selection of low-alloy and stainless steels is used here.


PRECISION CUTTING with forming technology
In the field of precision stamping and forming technology REINER offers a range of processes and technologies for high-precision stamped and bent parts. Fine punching, hydraulic bending processes, NC punching or NC bending are as much a part of this as laser cutting.


ASSEMBLY SERVICES
Thanks to our expertise and range of services as a specialist component manufacturer, we can also process complete assemblies, partially assembled assemblies, components, system assemblies and assembled individual components for you. A unique selling point of REINER in component assembly is the vertical range of manufacture, which starts with the sketch plan if required. We are German manufacturer of high quality aluminum castings, which are mainly produced in permanent mold. We have a separate tool and model. We are in Werdohl in the Sauerland in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.

Our standard range includes machines keypads in the materials, aluminum, steel, plastic, cast iron, ductile iron and corrosion-resistant steel castings.

We manufacture in particular handwheels in sizes 55-800 mm diam. aluminum and cast iron, and in sizes 80-400 mm diam. made of stainless steel castings.

The individual one-off production of welded steel pipes and corrosion-resistant steel pipe handwheels is possible.

We mainly produce tools for particle foam processing, e.g. for EPP, EPS, Piocelan, eTPU. Other mainstays of our company are the manufacture of deep-drawing, fiber-casting and pressing tools of various designs.
We offer contract machining on our CNC milling machines. In the 3-axis area, our machining areas are up to 2200x1150x700 mm and in the 5-axis area we can machine up to an interference circle diameter of 950mm. All processing is possible fully simultaneously.
