Turning technology:
With over 70 years of experience in turning technology is for us to deal with highly productive machines incorporating our core competencies.
For medium and large series, we use the latest CNC and cam-controlled six-and eight-spindle automatic lathes, for small series CNC single spindle are used. This provides us with a flexible and cost-effective way available to create complex pieces of high strength materials quickly and in large numbers. For turning operations, among others, Gildemeister, INDEX, Schütte and Tornos turning machines are used successfully with a spindle capacity 5-67 mm at Castle Maier.
Rotary transfer machining:
With the help of rotary transfer machines, it is possible for us, with a diameter of 3 to 60 mm to machine complex workpieces machined in synchronously operating workstations.
Up to 24 horizontal clamping stations with processing units are available for cross-processing and other special operation available.Whether drilling, turning, milling or rubbing - the processing units control all production machining steps. Due to the simultaneous processing to the stations themselves extremely short production times can be realized.
Grinding Technology:
To the security built into our house manufacturing process also includes the grinding of workpieces in large numbers and with high surface accuracy.
Machining centers:
Through the use of CNC controlled machining centers with partially automatic feeding of parts we are independent in the assembly of the machines. Fast workpiece and tool change times, and 4 - and 5-sided machining increase throughput. Our very demanding parts get here by drilling, milling and reaming her final geometric shape.
Automation:
Through the use of robots in our house offers an economically very interesting possibility to equip machines with workpieces automatically, to edit, and then to consider the same.
Also, by chaining multiple machines to one another can be shorter routes and thus achieve faster turnaround times.
Heat and surface treatment:
By proper heat treatment, our products receive their final material properties.
Quality Measurement:
The quality is our ultimate goal. With the help of our certified quality management system and the most advanced testing and measuring facilities, we consistently pursue the zero-error-goal and ensure a constant uniform quality.
The manufacturing processes of our own responsibility Mitarbeiteren statistically controlled (SPC). A study conducted by the quality assurance final inspection, internal and external audits in the entire division, as well as our suppliers, are for us a matter of course.
