We strive to be well-known and powerful company in the field of sheet metal processing with the latest technology and comprehensive know-how to over 6,500 m² of production and warehouse space We provide you with the production from prototype to series part. We realize the complete sheet metal work from 2D-/3D-Lasern, die cutting, water jet cutting, edge (bending), welding, milling up to complete machining of parts. We always work with a modern and new machinery, which may at any time meet the desired requirements of our customers. To complement our high quality machining and manufacturing our quality management system is certified successfully since 26.11.2003 on the standard DIN EN ISO 9001. Our sheet metal processing includes: - Stamping - Laser cutting (2D and 3D) - Laser welding 3D - Laser marking - Water jet cutting - Milling (2D and 3D) - Rounds - Turn optionally with robots - Welding - Points, stud welding, orbital riveting - Assembly of components - Surface finishing - Test & Measurement (2D and 3D CNC coordinate visually) - Laser welding with robot cell Below is a list of our machinery: - 5-axis laser machining with rotary axis (cutting + welding) to trump TLC 1005 (5.0 KW), working area: 4000 x 1500 x 750 mm (L x W x H) - Flatbed Laser to 20 mm steel, stainless steel up to 15 mm (burr and oxide-free) and up to 10 mm aluminum to trump L3030E (3.8 kW), L2530 (3.0 kW) and L4030
