EPU has many departments set up as an independent company in the house that allow fast and flexible response to customer requirements, starting with the Werkzeugschleiferei and its own special purpose machinery for the maintenance and the electrical engineering department through to total quality management. Customer has first priority. We then answer the question of which process can be the product most efficiently and produce the same high quality. Special machine maintenance electrical engineering department We procure the machine that is the best solution for the job. Therefore, our customers know this phrase very well: We're not going with the Porsche on the dirt road and not with the tractor on the highway. The following technologies we use for efficient production a: * CNC lathes up to Ø 32 mm from the rod * CNC short lathes up to Ø 80 mm from the pole, up to Ø 200 mm as Einlege-/Sägerohling * Multi-spindle CNC technology, up to Ø 42 mm from the rod * Multi-spindle technology curve, up to Ø 42 mm from the rod * Speed Lathes, CNC controlled with handling technology for dry machining, hard machining, precision machining up to Ø 80 mm dry machining hard machining precision machining Depending on the project requirement and we are always willing to invest in other technologies.
