Company description
FEF Components & Devices GmbH is a manufacturing service provider in the field of welding and joining technology, specializing in producing complex joining structures. Although the manufacturing focus is on welding technologies, adhesive bonding, and arc-based brazing are also part of our competencies.
With our expertise in joining technology and our state-of-the-art machinery, we can particularly automate and mass-produce welding tasks that were previously performed manually at low cost using modern robot and welding technology. This enables us to economically produce both large (> 10,000 parts) and small batch sizes with high quality. When processing your order, we offer speed, flexibility, and adherence to schedules while maintaining high and consistent quality through the use of our robot-based welding systems.
The quality agreed upon for this purpose is checked and ensured in accordance with standards utilizing suitable testing measures, such as weld cross-sections from our in-house metallography. In addition, we can quantify and prove all relevant mechanical properties of our joint.
The welding tasks here can originate from the entire welding and materials technology spectrum. Whether low-alloy, high-alloy, or high-strength steel or aluminum alloys, FEF Components & Devices implements the task reliably and on schedule. By keeping a wide variety of GMAW and laser processes on hand, the right joining technology will surely be used in thin or thick sheets.
