The electric and pneumatic tools Festool GmbH (formerly Festo) are over 80 years of quality, innovation and user benefits. As an internal supplier of turned and milled parts, the quality for us is paramount. Consistent optimization of processes and procedures within and outside the department, it is possible to manufacture today at the site near Stuttgart competitive. The focus is not only the quality of a reduction of stocks due to short lead times, small lots and short set-up times. The efforts of the past 15 years were rewarded among other things, with the awards "Factory of the Year 2008".

Products:

We manufacture turned parts with a diameter of 5 mm to 75 mm and lengths up to 500 mm in small and large series.
When milled parts, our range extends from 20/10/20 to 400/600/400 mm mm (W / H / D).
Small and large series.

Material:

Mainly we process aluminum and magnesium die casting, steel, brass and aluminum.

Processing methods:

Horizontal and vertical machining centers with changing tables, food and bar lathes partially with handling.
