The FMS is a supplier of steel construction, mechanical engineering, plant engineering and special engineering.

Are manufactured both precursors and fully machined, ready to mount assemblies as tanks, pressure vessels, equipment, welded constructions. Related, we can run our assemblies by mounting particularly in the areas of control technology and control technology to a complete machine.
Materials:
From the unique production to average lot size FMS provides high-quality welding construction of structural steels, stainless steels, aluminum alloys.With our welding robot, we are able to produce large batches in the MAG process.
Welding process:
MMA, MAG, MIG, TIG, submerged arc welding, stud welding, spot welding.
In addition, we also perform contract work in the area of Stellite.
Non-destructive testing:
Radiographic examinations, ultrasound examinations, Magnetpulverprfungen, dye penetrant.
Destructive tests:
Tensile tests, Charpy impact test, macrosection examination
Leak tests:
Water pressure test up to 95 bar, SF6 gas leak test (helium or SF6 gas to a maximum of 1 x 10-8)
Our machinery allows you to:
- The complete machining of demanding long turning parts and short turned parts: turning up to 2.1m, drilling and milling to 2.5 m, measuring up to 5 m, edging up to 4.5 m, discs up to 3 m, sawing up to 1 m
