Company description

The company dates back to the '20 years when Antonio Gatta started a mechanical smith business: from wrought iron working to valve manufacturing, from bicycle to motocycle prototypes. Afterwards the company evolution brought the business towards the industrial sectors.

From 1978 the production takes place in the current plant of Colleretto Giacosa, in factory building of about 7.000 square meters: the former main customers were linked to steelworks and iron metallurgy industries. Later on the production moved towards the machines and plants manufacturers companies, in general
(but also cableway carriage sector, for who the company built different structures).

Thanks to a relevant know-how and continuos technological up-grading, the company ensure high quality standards of the products: from the prototypes manufacturing (with process engineering and optimization) to the small-medium series supplying. The staff and personnel experience and the massive usage of new generation CNC machines and systems, give us the real capacity to keep pace with the technology. The informatic technology systems give us short times of: development, planning and design, CAD/CAM drawing and scheduling, and so on with the manufacturing.
