About us
With our industry expertise, we can help you successfully and promptly implement your production project for mechanical components, assemblies, and housings for small to medium-sized series.
For more than 20 years, we have been experts in die casting, injection molding, and other mechanical processes. Our focus is on cross-process thinking.
In Germany, Europe and Asia (in-house certified production) we manufacture your mechanical components, assemblies or housings.
Our manufacturing services include:
Engineering: Technology consulting (wide range of materials and manufacturing processes); CAD evaluation, construction & development
Prototyping (close to series production; 1,-3,000 pieces) for die casting, injection molding, precision casting, sand casting, PA casting, vacuum casting, CNC milling, SLS & SLY
Series production for batch sizes of up to 25,000 units
Metal: aluminum die casting, zinc die casting, deep drawing, gravity die casting, sand casting
Plastics: injection molding, thermoforming, extrusion
