Metal forming technology In the field of metal forming technology, we offer an exceptionally wide range of drop forged and hot press moulding components with unit weights of between 0.3 and 80 kg, measuring from 50 to 425 mm in diameter and up to 800 mm in length. Thanks to our automated and manual manufacturing techniques, we are well equipped to provide large and small batch quantities, e.g. for the aerospace industry. We process alloyed and unalloyed steels as well as precipitation hardening and stainless steels in all forgeable qualities. In our continuous pusher type /rotating hearth furnace plants, we carry out all types of heat treatment in an open furnace atmosphere.
