Specializing in small technical parts, we have been manufacturing precise, high-quality injection molds and plastic parts with part weights from 0.01 to 100 grams from all common thermoplastics for 45 years now. The maximum shot weight is 246 grams. Our philosophy is to convince customers through expertise, quality and performance. Example automotive industry The manufacturing spectrum for the automotive industry ranges from mini and micro switch parts of various series, connectors, components for radio transmitters and wheel covers to coil bodies for ignition coils. Example electrical industry The delivery program for the electronics industry includes: * Housing parts * Light guides, diode holders * LED holders * LCD holders Example medical technology Extremely thin-walled components for welding housing halves, whose function requires absolute sealing against the surrounding atmosphere. Example textile industry and model making Spring holder systems, harness couplings, track rollers, roller bearings and completely assembled pulley units form an excerpt from our range of parts for the textile industry. Couplings and coupling parts for model railroads represent an excerpt from our parts for model making. Example Advanced Technologies Automatic assembly of O-rings of different colors and dimensions on injection molded parts. The integrated 100% inspection includes a query on the correct fit of the O-rings by means of light barriers, a color recognition, as well as a leak test by a vacuum pressure sensor. Thin-wall technology Extremely thin-walled components with wall thicknesses of less than 0.3 mm, with or without glass fiber reinforcement, which are used in medical technology, automotive engineering and the electronics industry.
