Rotate:
In order to solve the various rotational arrangements, our machines are designed for great flexibility. Precision parts, we turn to turning cells with driven tools, and 8 controlled axes of the rod diameter up to 65 mm as Chuck parts up to diameter 180 mm
Large rotating parts are machined on the Monforts CNC lathes: Diameter up to 800 mm, turning length 3000 mm, weight up to 1 ton

Drilling and milling:
From the drilling center to the 5-sided machining, we are able to offer the correct production machine.Geared machines for heavy cutting machines with a HSC spindle for light metal processing, machine with pallets to reduce the Aufspannzeiten, machines for 5-sided machining in order to comply with the required form and position tolerances. The following machining dimensions are: 3-Axis 1000 x 500 mm, 5-axes 600 x 600 x 500 mm

In addition, we offer welded assemblies and (pre-) assembly. In our assembly as complete compressed air nailers or machine feet are made for vibration damping. In these products, a large proportion of purchased parts flows, which are managed by our computerized inventory management system.
