Who we are
Our company was founded in December 1987. Initially, only CNC job shop, we deal now with the production of sub-assemblies and assemblies in various technologies of precision engineering, mechanical engineering, tool making and mold making. In our high-performance machining centers, we mainly manufactures precision and complex components in small to medium batch sizes. Our ambition here is on high quality and punctuality. You will receive pre-finished parts, including all post-treatments such as coating, electroplating, hardening, etc. Also, we are not feasible operations such as EDM, grinding, etc. can be offered by powerful suppliers. In collaboration with various partners, we are able to carry out larger projects including development, manufacturing and installation. We can not solve all the problems that are presented to us. So it may happen that we have to match. If however, we have taken an order, we make every effort to do it to the satisfaction of our customers! Even if the volume of business with our customers so far is rather small! Even if it should turn out that we have underestimated the difficulties! We know from experience that in order to complete a puzzle, the small parts are just as important as the big ones: - The presentation date bursts, because it did not take someone with the delivery of a "Zweifuffzig" part for sure. - The rocket crashes because a seal has been made of the slightly cheaper material. We will not leave you hanging! Give us a try! More than just parts! The whole is more than the sum of its parts. That's why we want to be more than just a supplier for parts. Of course, we can provide technical parts to exact specifications from virtually all machinable materials. But ultimately, our customers need not just parts, but problem solving.Optimal technical function is to be provided at minimal cost. That is why we always strive in close contact with our clients to identify and exploit potential for optimization. Quality comes first! In the triangle of forces quality / cost / time delivery of quality first priority must be meted out. Only when this is true, the other two factors ever come to fruition. Is the basis for a high level of quality the exact documentation of all processes in work and study plans and their constant monitoring and updating. With our production management system PMS3000 this is possible. All the production process involved here access to all necessary information and can confirm incurred supplements immediately. Directly on the operation: On this basis, the operator self-control, which ensures the quality where it arises done.
