Company description

Herikon GmbH Company History

The Herikon GmbH was founded in 1990 to ensure the need for precision components for the industrial laser technology outside the usual production.
For this product area a company which by its customers has an excellent reputation developed until today.
This demonstrable success is based out of the quality awareness of all employees and our corporate philosophy that will ultimately immanent supported by financial independence and years of solid customer loyalty.

A partner for the industry that we are today. We produce for customers in the federal territory parts and assemblies through our Lean - are absolutely competitive management in the cost structure.

Test our efficiency.
We will actively support you through our quality and speed in your future developments and production as an in-house department.

SERVICES

Manufacturing CNC milling
Up to 5-axis simultaneous milling, 5-axis positioning, 3D free-form surface machining, high speed cutting, 3D Probe System, digitizing

Production CNC turning
8-position turret, tool eye, parts catcher, driven tools

Manufacturing NC cutting
Modern Bandsägeautomat fully NC controlled up to 250mm diameter

Trovalieren
By Trovalieren it is possible to shorten the total machining processes, and reduce production costs result. The complete deburring or polishing a rotation or milled part is in the calculation still an important point of calculation.
Here are just a few advantages of machine Deburring:
high efficiency
short process times
perfect machining results.

Shrink
Shrinkage is a type of joining technique, and is known as a non-releasable connection.
The reversible clamping of tools has notable advantages. By the inductive heating with high energy density to tool change can be realized in the second range. By shrinking results in high radial clamping pressure and the achievable forces are higher than other clamping techniques.
long service life of the recordings
highest forces
very good surface appearance
long service life by concentricity of 0003 mm

Other options
Assembly, laser marking, laser cutting, EDM, grinding, sandblasting, Trovalieren and coating work, such as anodizing, chrome plating, painting, matting, powder coating, zinc plating, nickel plating, hard coating, bronzing, etc.
