Laser processing
Precision is paramount in laser technology. Due to the high flexibility and Economic efficiency of laser cutting systems to the process are almost no limits. This one erlang compared to other flame-cutting process a high efficiency and minimizing rework.
Special advantages for the customer:
- Laser parts up to 6.5 meters in length, but also small parts, can be cut with a high precision and cutting speed.
-We also offer the customer to a laser cutting machining of pipes with a diameter of up to 300 mm and a length of up to 3.5 m.
- In order to respond quickly are always certain quantities of 6 x 2m sheets in stock to the customer as quickly as possible to meet.
Transform
In most cases, the cutting of specific blanks by means of laser radiation, only the first step in a sometimes long process chain.The flat part ansich still has mostly little or no functionality and design.
This is conferred only with the CNC bending machine (computerized numerical control). With this kind of shaping many parts can be folded into 3D part in a large repetition, but also a very good quality. Accuracy is here in the tenth area.
The new tandem machine from the house of LVD allows us products up to a length of 6m reshape. You can be in tandem, but also in single, operated. Thus, a more flexible and faster production is possible.
Another part of the design is the rolling of metal sheets. Here we can also cover a certain framework. Round parts with a diameter of 300mm and a length of 3000mm, we can produce on our rolling machine as a minimum. Here, no upper limits. It is also possible flat parts to impart a certain radius.
Locksmith / assembly
The main area of the mounting, the making of complex structures with interlocking connections.It begins with the cutting of the parts using a laser beam and performs on the deformation by CNC bender or roller machine to assembly of the modules to the finished product. This usually happens on the application of connection methods, such as bolted connections, welded connection, etc..
Due to the high cost of MIG and MAG and the high quality of TIG these methods are used in our company. On the one hand, to offer a high quality in non-ferrous metals, the customer can, but also the high deposition rate of MIG and MAG and the resulting cost-effectiveness of these processes to be able to pass on to the customer.
Turning and Milling Technology
The demands on the surface roughness, to name just a kind of tolerances are getting bigger. For CNC (computerized numerical control) machining centers at the current state of the art no longer a problem. Similarly, high precision in the drives a guarantee for minimum tolerance deviations of ± 10 microns.
The integrated Heidenhain control high repeatability of parts is guaranteed.
Starting this year, a CNC Lathe has been integrated in our machine. This system allows up to a length of 1500mm and to edit components to a width of 275 mm "rotation".
