Mould
Based on over 30 years experience we offer our customers an increasingly sophisticated and cost-effective solutions.

Hullmann manufactures in Germany and France:
• Foaming for molded foams such as seat cushions and backrests
• foam molds for molded parts made of hard foam
• Mehrnutzenschäumwerkzeuge for moldings Together with the equipment manufacturers, we deliver our molds worldwide.

A team of engineers developed a convincing tool concepts for our customers.

Thanks to the simulation of manufacturing processes, we are able to provide our customers with engineered solutions.

The end of the manufacturing process, each mold is paid off in our laboratory to document next to the tightness of the finished part geometry, underlines the high quality of Hullmann.

Model
Models as decision support for designers are one of the first steps in our process chain.

Only models with a vehicle can be considered realistic.

Jigs and fixtures
For the completion of individual process steps are often independent of the core process of working, used functional facilities.

Punch presses and thrusters
Specially designed for use in conjunction with Hullmann punching and forming a lighter and less expensive pressure transducer was developed.
