HZG Hildesheimer Zerspanung GmbH is a contract manufacturing company based in Hildesheim and produces various components up to assemblies according to PDF, DXF / DWG, IGES or STEP files for industry on modern machining centers and CNC milling machines with rotary and swivel heads. We work strictly according to DIN EN ISO 9001: 2008 and secure the production steps with the latest technology. This guarantees complete traceability for all parts, from cutting to the finished part.

Your wishes are realized on different 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centers using the latest technologies. For us, this includes a high degree of accuracy and quality, with adherence to delivery dates and reliability being very important.

Our well-trained employees monitor, manufacture and document all work steps and process steps so that complete traceability and repeatability are guaranteed. Our machine park includes various systems, from the smallest part to the component size max. 2,100 x 5,000 mm. We also offer assembly of assemblies, welded parts, coloring and complete logistics.
