Ingenieurbau Bismark (IBB) GmbH was founded in 1990 and is headquartered in 39629 Bismark. Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH currently employs 38 people. The core area of the company is steel and plant engineering.
The product profile covers the design, manufacture and assembly of complete steel buildings in system construction as well as special structures.
Production takes place in a production hall with an area of 6,000 m².
The core of modern production technology is a PCD 1100/1100 DG CNC drilling and sawing machine. This means that steel profiles up to a height of 1,100 mm and a length of 22 m can be processed automatically as far as possible. A computer-controlled NC drilling machine enables the automated production of flame parts from thick sheets up to 60 mm thick.
For the production of industrial railings, ibb offers a modern CNC mandrel tube bending system with integrated rolling and ring bending equipment. 11 floor-controlled or radio-controlled bridge cranes enable effective handling of steel structures with a single piece weight of up to 15 t.
A modern and powerful continuous blasting system with a throughput width of 1,500 mm and a newly built paint spray house with underfloor extraction with an area fund of 500 m² ensure the high-quality execution of paint coating work and anti-corrosion coatings. Since December 2000, the ibb has been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH has the manufacturer qualification for welding steel structures in accordance with DIN 18800-7:2002-09 for welding processes

Ingenieurbau Bismark GmbH employs highly qualified and experienced architects and specialist engineers and is therefore able to plan complex construction projects and carry out qualified construction management.
