Company description
The Kurt Eckstein GmbH manufactures since 1973 blanks in general structural steel. First was produced with conventional cutting machines. Due to the requirements of the cut part, we quickly realized That has to be invested in CNC machines. Claims to material - cuts that are caused by thermal processes, or not to cut, we have, in 1994, the water jet cutting technology integrated into the production line. Today autogenous flame cut, water-jet cuts and laser cutting are manufactured on modern equipment. For over 30 years satisfied customers. Quality, reliability and on-time delivery are our principles. Thus, we have earned the trust of our customers, who come from diverse areas of industry, crafts and trade. Technological advantages waterjet cutting • no mechanical and thermal damage to the cut surface • good use of material • cutting any contours • Minimal pressure on the workpiece • Unlimited variety of materials • Painted and coated parts can be easily edited Large water-jet cuts Appendix 1 - T11 2060 - Work area 2000 x 6000 mm - Water jet cutting with two heads Water jet cutting with cutting bevels - compensation Appendix 2 - WMC2 4030 - Dynamic - Work area 4000 x 3000 mm - Water jet cutting
