Company description

The goal of our planning was to establish an efficient and transparent work. This can only be achieved by all modern production aids such as FTS (driverless transport vehicles) are used in production. The following implementation required the systematic planning of all ergonomic and physiological aids already in the design, as for example in the work for the islands after manual work during suspended and packaged parts. As a large-scale facility designed to offer economical pricing in an environmentally friendly painting process that meets the highest demands for surface protection. Up to 100,000 parts per working day are processed here in consistent quality. Here, the range of articles of screw size on forged or cast parts extends to large parts of wing size in goods carriers (approx.Dimensions 2700 x 1600 x 1400 mm and with a weight of up to 1,800 kg) through the coating process.

The environment takes a very high priority in our action. This is evidenced by a variety of measures, of which here are called only a few: the furnace exhaust air is cleaned before it enters via the roof to the outside. For this purpose, a so-called TNV (thermal oxidation) is used, in which the pollutants contained in the furnace exhaust air are oxidized at about 730 ° C. The resulting heat is recovered via a heat exchanger, the clean air is conducted to about 130 ° C into the open fireplace temperature (about 50-70 ° C lower than the furnace temperature). With the recovered hot water pretreatment is heated. Wastewater treatment is state of the art, with a high degree of wastewater reduction is achieved by cascading to the wash-up chemicals and return to the active zones. Appropriate measures oils and solids from the active baths pretreatment are not even in the waste water treatment - they are part again as raw materials (egAs zinc phosphate sludge) industry supplied.
