Company description
Our company was founded in 1949 by Otto Rimmelspacher in Karlsruhe.
We are a universal oriented Lohndreherei and Lohnfräserei. In addition, we are able parts made of steel, stainless steel (V2 and V4) or special materials to weld such as Hastelloy and titanium. Dimensions: Ø20 - Ø300 mm, length up to 3 m, weight up to 200 kg, TIG manual welding, welds with a programmable TIG circumferential seam welding machine. From customers demanded extra-tests of the welds are performed externally. (TÜV, DEKRA, x-ray exams, FE exams, etc.). Furthermore, we can turn, mill and weld plastics. (Heating element sleeve welding or hot air welding).
Our metal welders are TÜV - tested according to "EN 287-1141 T". We also process steps according to "DIN EN ISO 15614-1" and "QW-483", and admission AD2000 Module A1 according to Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC. We are also Materialumstemplungsberechtigt for "10204 EN 3.2"
At a certification according to "DIN EN ISO 9001:2008" we are currently working, we will complete this certification in the first quarter of 2011.
Furthermore, we manufacture eductor and air Reisser according to customer specifications. Eductor are used for pumping water in wells, in low-lying water table. Air Reiser care in domestic water systems for a Constant air cushion in the air pressure tank. Our 15 employees are almost exclusively skilled metal workers who work independently and know that it comes down to it.
On lathes we have conventional center lathes up to a peak height of 250 mm, as well as various CNC lathes Company INDEX to a turning diameter of 300 mm and a tip length of 1500 mm, with and without tailstock, with and without bezel. Our largest center lathe can handle rough-and-work on waves up to a length of 2500 mm and a peak height of 350 mm.
Focus of our production is the production of single parts and small to medium series for industrial customers, such as nozzles and diffusers. We also manufacture complete pressure vessel according to customer specification, including flanges according to DIN and ASA.
One of our NC lathes can also be operated with hydraulic shuttle chucks for housing to NW 25 or NW 32, the processing can thus be made on 4 sides in one clamping.
In NC milling we have a CHIRON machining center with 36 tools and four programmable axes, the fourth axis is set up as a rotary axis. Maximum process paths X = 1600mm, Y = 400mm, Z = 415 mm.
In addition, we still have a smaller machining center with 8 tools for drilling and thread to M 12 in steel.
Quantity Spectrum 1 to 1,000. A CNC lathe is equipped with an automatically operating portal charging system for chuck parts up to max. Diameter of 120 mm and a maximum weight of 5 kg set.Here we can also realize larger batch sizes.
For painting, we have a small spray booth.
Can we have a customer, such as galvanized surface coating, not solve yourself, we cooperate with reliable partners.
