We are strong in CNC long turning and specialize in micro machining. Excellent technical know-how, new technologies in the area of CNC long turning, high quality standards and professional project management are our strengths. We manufacture for various industries, in particular as part of an extended workbench for medical devices.
Our passion: micromachining
We produce medium and large series on ultra-modern CNC automatic lathes. 11 axes and a large number of driven tools make it possible to machine complex geometries in the μ-range.
- Micromachining in Ø 0.2 - 25 mm according to customer specifications
- Freeform turning using 3D/CAD CAM
- Machining of non-ferrous metals, stainless steels and technical plastics as well as titanium
- Coordination of additional services is possible
