With facilities of 7,000 m2, Ripleg S.A.U. offers an integral personalized service that includes design with CATIA V5 to sheet metal working,bended and welded parts, the creation of electric wiring according to the needs of the costumer and mechatronic assemblies. We have 6 work stations. - Trumf Laser sheet metal cutting - Trumf Punching sheet metal cutting. - Trumpf Bending machines. Two automatic bending stations and three manual stations. - Two welding robots. MIG/MAG and TIG. - Six manual welding stations.TIG and MIG/MAG - Spot welding. - Nut welding. - Sheet metal finishings: powder coating, liquid painting, zinc plating, polishing,... - Wiring assemblies. We process wires and cables with automatic Komax machine. - Three cutting stations, Inkjet marking, Thermo marking. - Harness assemblies and finished electric boxes assemblies. - Mecatronic finished assemblies.
