Company description
The company Seelandt & Utecht OHG Plastics Processing was founded on 01.07.1990 by the shareholders Michael Seelandt and Heiko Utecht in Eldena at Ludwig's content. Purpose of the company is the manufacture and sale of plastic products of all kinds and all activities in connection therewith. The production was initially only an injection molding machine with a clamping force of 50 tons. In subsequent years, the machinery could werden.Im gradually expanded in 1993, the production site of Eldena was moved to Schwerin. At the new location, the product range, and the overall conversion could be increased significantly. Furthermore, the machinery has been adapted to the new requirements of its size and its performance and features. The own production program includes tool box and tackle boxes, household items, motorcycle bags, fishing accessories as well as accessories for the garden area. The export share is about18%. A second and more kicking in the foreground area is the production of technical items in the customer order. These include, for example, housing parts for electrical engineering, parts for automotive engineering, plant construction and mechanical engineering as well as parts for various construction trades, or even complete units, such as speakers for the sound of wholesale markets. Production is done on modern day injection molding machines with clamping forces ranging from 60 to 400 t. Plastic parts to 1,100 parts by weight of g can be injected. We offer our customers more and also complete solutions. Due to the close cooperation with partner companies from the region, the process chain from design and engineering, prototype, tool and mold making is feasible to mass production. The company currently has 14 employees employed principally in the three-layer system. The assembly and packaging of the products is carried out in close collaboration with a sheltered workshop in Schwerin. In December 1999, the company moved into a new 2500 square meter production hall and warehouse. Thus, the best conditions for the production of high-quality plastic parts are given to us. Due to an increased storage volume, we can react instantaneously to information on goods of our customers. A working group of the sheltered workshop has been integrated directly into the assembly and manufacturing process from the middle of 2000. The main markets of our products are also of Germany and Scandinavia and Western Europe. To all our customers' requirements to fulfill in terms of quality and adherence to the agreed delivery dates can be, and to ensure the reproducibility of the operational processes, operations and corporate principles and to make testable, we have developed and implemented a quality management system based on DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.
