Since development, mold making, sampling, surveying, pilot production and production takes place in our home, we guarantee a flexible and competent production process.

h2> Die-cast zinc /h2>

On our 20 PLC-controlled casting machines we manufacture zinc products from the zinc alloys Z 410 and Z 430 according to DIN 1774, primarily for the furniture and window industry, but also for other areas of application.Is produced with modern machinery that has a clamping force of 50 tons and are on the current state of technology. Because of our size we produce machinery parts up to about 500 g and a length of about 250 mm.



For further processing of these parts are



* Drill, cut, thread cutting, deburring, trovalieren

* Finishing (yellow chromating, blue chromate, silver surfaces / chrome-6-free, nickel, black zinc coating, KTL coating ...)

* Packaging (cardboard, octabins, bags, plastic packaging, wire baskets ...)



according to customer requirements.



h2> Plastic Injection Mould /h2>

Various plastic injection parts, inter alia, for the window industry are manufactured on 6 injection molding machines. Is produced with modern machinery that has a clamping force of 50 tons and are on the current state of technology.



The plastic parts range from 1 g to 200 g piece weight.We process plastics such as PP, PS, ABS, PA6, PBT, POM and Megol. The packaging and logistics is done according to the customer.



h2> Mould /h2>

The molds for zinc and plastic parts are designed and manufactured in-house tool. The design department works with the CAD system (AutoCAD 2004 and Inventor 8) and the CAM system (MasterCam 9). It can take place a data exchange formats such as on DWG, DXF, IGES, Step and satellite.



All initial samples are measured by us and upon customer a first sample test report is created. The forms must be kept for safety in a special fireproof storage room.



The machinery consists of five CNC milling machines (max. 500 x 400 mm), four manual and four controlled die sinking machines and various machine tools.



By the trained in-house young we always expand (annual) our team in tool making.
