Thin sheet made to measure.
As specialists in sheet metal products we provide for industry, commerce and trade series production, small series and patterns of all kinds. Our focus is in the areas of electrical and electronics industry, mechanical engineering, environmental engineering and in the optical industry.
We manufacture custom-made, with the lowest tolerances and come join us: On your specific needs and special we can always respond flexibly. Most modern manufacturing equipment on a production area of over 3200 m2 allow us optimal and timely reactions from sketch and drawing in our design department or with your complete data sets.
The machine park.
We have a flexible and modern machinery, which enables us to implement different projects. It ranges from high-power laser systems via a stamped sheet metal machining center, CNC controlled press brakes, a fully automated bending center, wire straightening, to welding robots and manual welding processing with TIG and MAG.
Laser processing
Cope laser machining we. Onto our flatbed laser machine up to a size of 3000 x 1500 mm (steel up to a thickness of 10 mm, stainless steel up to 15 mm and aluminum up to 12 mm) The laser processing is connected to the fully automatic processing to a high-bay warehouse.
Punching
Cope in the large punching we steel up to a thickness of 4 mm, stainless steel up to 3 mm and aluminum up to 4 mm. The stamped sheet metal processing center is also connected to a fully automatic high-bay warehouse, which realizes loading and unloading.
Automatic bending work
Our fully automatic bending center with integrated Cutoption allows the edges of short-limbed profiles. The maximum bending length is 2540 mm. The maximum height of 254 mm and the maximum plate thickness 3 mm.
Manual bending work
Our only CNC controlled press brakes allow the folding of the smallest geometries up to the maximum bending length of 3100 mm, with a maximum thrust of 170 tonnes.
Judge
Our part straightener made possible by their 19 straightening rolls the production of low-tension and fine flat products. The maximum passage width is 1250 mm. The shortest leg length 100 mm, with a maximum thickness of 0.5 to 12 mm (depending on pressure).
Automatic welding processing
Our welding techniques are implemented at the TIG and MAG processes that allow us the welding of steel and aluminum. Our Nine-axis welding robot has a working range of 2500 x 1400 mm. An integrated removable turntable can position the working ranges freely through 360 degrees.
Manual welding processing
For manual welding processing, we employ a variety of welding equipment, welding tables and system. The machining on the welding table system can be realized up to a size of 3000 x 1500 mm.
Press-and Joining Technology
Our press-fit technology processes all standard self-clinching fasteners, leading manufacturers.The spot welding systems allow the joining metal sheets up to a thickness of 3 mm. Our joining technology is completed by connecting liquid form (clinching) and various riveting.
Surface treatment
For our products we offer a wide variety of types of surface finishing (eg, electroplating, powder coating, electro polishing, chrome plating, painting, silk screen) to. Through our partner companies this can be achieved quickly.
