We are a company for plastic injection molding and tool, based in Waldeck, Waldeck-Frankenberg district, North Hesse.

Plastic Injection Mould
On our injection molding machines, we are currently manufacturing products of 0.1 g to 2000 g
The parts produced are for many of the major auto parts and automobile manufacturers. Including complete assemblies, molded-in metal inserts and spare parts are manufactured for this market.
We also produce many other areas, such as for buses and trains, the lighting industry, the office furniture industry, consumer goods industry, plant, etc.
Manufacturing process
In addition to the normal single-component with more than 50 different materials we provide for series production also TSG, 2-component injection molding (TSG and fixed component) and ultrasonic welding to.
Thermoplastic foam (TSF)
For cost-effective, thick-walled and distortion-free moldings as housing or machine covers to TSG offers. In this method, the TSG-molded parts in the core has a foam structure and the outer unit is compact. the advantage is a significant weight savings at almost the same bending strength and stiffness.
2-component injection molding (TSG and hard component)
In this process, we combine the advantages of the TSG-method with which the normal injection molding.Components, which in certain areas must consist of non-cellular material for strength or for other reasons and should be foamed in some areas of weight or wall thickness reasons are manufactured by us for this 2-component process.
Toolmaking
In our tool we create injection molds up to a size of approx 1000x630x630 mm.
The requirements for the products and the resulting reactions ranging from sample tools on tools for small quantities to tools with a corresponding number of mold cavities for millions of units.
CAD and CAM
For the realization of part and tool designs is us with the Cimatron E - software the right CAD and CAM tool available. The CAM programs for CNC milling are also created in our house. The data exchange can be done in various formats, anda STEP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and STL.
Injection molds
Requirements for injection molding tools are diverse. Whether multi-slide or core pulls with hot runner, with highly polished surfaces or graining, please contact us. We realize your claims.
CNC milling
In addition to the construction of injection molding tools, we realize 3D milling work on our CNC milling machine DMU 80T with traverse of 880x630x630 mm and 12,000 rev / min spindle speed. The maximum weight for individual components is 500 kg.
