Company description

It started as a one-man business with a milling center, our team manufactures - consisting of toolmakers and CNC cutters - now in three CNC milling centers precision parts for various industries.

As a team, we prove every day that quality is no coincidence here.

The machining of prototypes, individual parts and small series in steel, stainless steel, aluminum and non-ferrous metals up to hard milling are part of our range of services.

For use comes the latest CAD / CAM technology that takes advantage of all the currently available milling strategies to 5-axis simultaneous milling on our Hermle C 30 U. We manufacture their samples directly according to their 3D data sets or create the 3D models for milling from their drawings.

Of course, we deliver the parts you need and assemblies and fully assembled, including surface treatment and test report.

Certified to ISO 9001:2008

Our Leistungesmerkmale

The company's strategy is focused from the outset on the consistent use of a CAD / CAM system.

All components, of which there is not already one provided by the customer record will be constructed on the basis of the drawing as a 3D volume model. This volume models serve as a basis for creating the milling programs. The possibility of a 3D simulation of the finished milling program guarantees safe production process.

Another advantage is that allows all production-relevant data such as drawings, 3D data and Rüstunterlagen archived in a database easily.

When setting up the tools we build on the latest technology. In addition to a shrinking unit of the latest generation, we also rely on the tool preset to date know-how. Our tools can be measured either by laser directly on the machine or by means of optical measuring device at the tool presetting for length and radius. Thus, a high degree of precision is guaranteed.

To implement this precision milling parts on our modern machines, our employees are in constant contact with tool suppliers to test new processing strategies or tools.

When machining of prototypes, individual parts and small series in aluminum, steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals, our well qualified team proves that quality and punctuality are no coincidence.

Using the latest technology and continuous training of staff, in conjunction with years of professional experience, form the basis for the satisfaction of our customers.

Our Service

To be able to also manufacture parts that are not only produce milling technology, it is necessary to work with reliable partners who take the turning areas, erosion or grinding. These are all certified companies from the surrounding area in order to operate as flexibly and quickly.

Of course, we provide them with their components made on request with a variety of surfaces or hardening treatments. Whether burnished, anodized or plated, hardened or plasma nitrided - here we work with certified partners that provide a high quality manufacture.

If you need a measurement protocol or initial sample test report for a component, we have the opportunity to measure their parts on a 3D measuring machine.
