Company description
MVM Industries is a brand name created to identify a group of companies focalized on the industrial specialization of cold forming metals.
It has its origins in the foundation of the head company MVM Srl in 1969, which has been controlled 100% by the family holding company since, and is completed by Realmec Srl and IMG Srl today.
The group’s activities have been centralized in the head company since 1998 and are subdivided organizationally through the creation of specialized subsidiaries and the acquisition of other companies that complement the holding company’s portfolio in its capability to respond to market demand in terms of quality, volume and services.
MVM Industries positions itself on the market as a highly specialized operator that can support its customer, not only purely in terms of production, but also in co-design, product development, form design and production, logistics and post-production services.
MVM Industries internationalized its productive plant in 2005 by constructing the Chisinau plant in the Republic of Moldova, where Italian organizational ability and competence are successfully merged with the productive energy of the emergent Eastern European countries in terms of cost/product.
A high level of specialization and an elevated flexibility in process and product sustained by know-how and unique competence in the sector, position MVM Industries in a pivotal position for today’s international market, guaranteeing an unusually valuable customer-oriented service as well as high-quality performance.
More than 100 employees, 15,000 m2 of manufacturing plant, loyal international customers of indisputable prestige such as Fiat Auto; Philips; Indesit; Ariston; Denso; Caufetaux & Maury; Benelli Armi and others, and a turnover of 19 million euros for 2006, these are the parameters for assessing the real value of MVM Industries’ achievement and growth.
