Die-cast zinc / zinc die casting
The hot chamber die casting machines, used zinc die casting ensure reliable production with consistently high quality. You can reach clamping forces from 75 kN to 700 KN for castings with a gravity of 0.05 up to 1,000 g. As a standard alloy we process ZL0410, also called ZnAl4Cu1 or Zamak5. We can, however, other Zinkdruckgußlegierungen such as ZL0400 ZL0430 or are possible.
Thanks to optimized production processes also extremely thin-walled castings with excellent properties can be produced.To realize topics such as material and weight savings for the customer is the in-house mold design available incl. Plastic injection molding

Laser Technology / Laser inscription
The modern way of laser marking enables the processing of almost all materials.
