We also supply machined castings (aluminium, cast iron and investment casting). We buy castings from foundries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A coordinate measuring machine (Zeiss) is available.

Demolition equipments, demolition attachments

Demolition and Sorting Grabs
The new generation of demolition and sorting Grabs HCG was created for compact excavators. HC grabs can be very effective for: Demolition projects, Sorting from scrap and waste, Handling. Thereby a significant reduction of the wast disposal costs is achieved.

Pulverizer, fix and rotating
The new generation of pulverisers, HCP and HCP-R have been developed for the primary and the secundary demolition. The HC-Pulverisers can be very effective, and can be used with absolute safety for demolition of constructions, brickwork, concrete plates, concrete structures and recycling activities

Concrete Crushers
Our Multiprocessors, new generation of Concrete Crushers, have been designed and developed for universal use in heavy demolition and recycling works. These are designated for 15 to 45 tons excavators. The Concrete cruschers can work very effective and trouble-free in primary and secondary demolition.

KORMETAL is a group in Turkey dealing with manufacturing, marketing and export import facilities was established in 1978 and started its activities producing parts for general purpose, which are alloyed out of aluminium and zinc using pressurised casting technique.

Besides manufacturing high pressure die casting components with aluminum alloys for its customers, as of 1986 KORMETAL started to produce light alloy wheels rims produced from primary aluminium alloy and using the low pressure casting technique and soon became an interior market leader and started to sell its products to 44 different countries all over the world as a trademark.

Date from 1994 KORMETAL continues its activities at Avcılar, Istanbul, Turkey and operates from a 30,000 square meter facility capable of producing 5000 tones/year aluminum alloy casting capacity via both high and low pressure method.

Through the years, KORMETAL has proven to be innovative in its design, manufacturing, quality and management objectives, just-in-time manufacturing with zero defect and renovated its low pressure casting plant completely and using the high-tech die casting techniques with latest modern machines in general purpose production.

KORMETAL, upon request, can design and produce your molds with high sensitivity using CAD-CAM technology and has qualified, highly skilled and experienced team members using AUTOCAD, UNIGRAPHICS, ANYS, SURFCAM.
KORMETAL, which besides the ISO 9000:2000 Quality System Certificate, has many product and different quality certificates as well, exports approximately 80% of its production mainly Germany, France, England, Holland, Portugal, Russia, Ukraine. Also submit an application for TSE 16949 and we expect to get this quality system certificate in 2007.

KOVIS produces brake discs, axle/bearing boxes and other parts for all kind of rolling stock (passenger and freight cars, metro and tram cars). Trough our foundry for grey cast iron (EN-GJL) and nodular cast iron (EN-GJS) we can offer various machined castings.

Our main program is production of Al sand and permanent mould castings in a total weight of 850tons per year destined for mechanical, textile, building and automobile industry, art casting and equipment for towns and municipalities. Our mechanical work-shop provides full cutting of aluminium casts and other materials (brass, steel, plactic and others).

History of our company

Tradition of Kovolit Česká dates back to 1936 when we started with building and production of drink fittings and bell-casting. Bell-casting had been done by Mr Manousek by 1953. Afer that this production was moved to Zbraslav. The production of drink fittings was finished in 1990.
Present situation

Nowadays Kovolit Česká specializes in production of aluminium sandcasting and moulds. Our 50 years´ experience in this field represents profound knowledge that can be seen in quality and accuracy of our deliveries. Total annual production is roughly 900tons of Al moulds per year. The main customers are engineering, textile and construction companies. The weight of aluminium casts are from 0.10kg 400kg. Our foundry offers models, moulds, cores and a process of sand drying. Due to customers´ wishes we also provide heat treatment, hardening, x-ray of aluminium moulds and testing of mechanical qualities of materials. A mechanical work-shop, that provides cast machining, milling, turning, grinding, drilling, varnishing and production of mechanical parts from all kinds of materials (Al, Ms, steel, stainless steel, plactic and others), is a part of our company. Kovolit Česká employs about 130 workers.
