GÜRGENLİ Mühendislik Ltd started its activities in Bursa in 2000 in order to serve in the heavy industry sector. It aims to produce quality with the knowledge of the trained personnel with many years of experience in the sector. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,

we are a family business operating in the metal processing for fifty years. Our company works with twelve employees mainly on CNC machines, ranging from small to medium quantities (up to number 10000).

Our customer base consists mainly of large and medium-employed industrial companies.

Our strength is the high flexibility, which is in short delivery times and a good value for money. A simple structure with qualified employees form the basis for this.

In the range of rotation are six CNC machines with driven tools and sub-spindles available. Work of the rod are possible in diameter from 2-75mm, edits in the feed may be 650mmausgeführt up to diameter 350 x.

We also have a Mazak Integrex 300 IV S multitask machine, so that we are able to high-precision workpieces of 6 Pages to machine in one clamping.

In the milling area 13 CNC machines are six of machining centers in the area
to 1200x650x600mm available. Weitehin two Mazak VTC BAZ 300 with the CII processing mass X 1744, Y 760, Z 660 mm. The work area is divided for pendulum machining.

For quality assurance, we are two CNC 3-D measuring machines, a 2-D height gauge and a NC-meter contours are available.

Our machinery is supplemented by a variety of conventional machines for turning, milling, drilling, tapping and grinding. Also, assembly and surface treatments and hardening processes are part of our range of services.

A brief introduction
We employ metal machinists, a shortage occupation in metal industry nowadays, who produce small series of special parts on traditional machines. In this sector CNC machines are so widely used that there is a shortage of traditional machines and excess demand exists for them. With this in mind, we will purchase several traditional machines during our current developments to increase our capacity in this field. We, of course, have CNC machines as well and develop our machine pool regularly. Based on the orders received, we are able to draw up a production program for 1 month in advance and allocate our resources. Our customers basically include producers which manufacture special purpose machines for their customers (e.g. manufacturers in printing industry, shipyards, industrial scale manufacturers, food producers, automotive industry, manufacturers of medical equipment), and we produce components needed for these machines. BAT tobacco factory is included among our customers, and we manufacture wear/consumable parts required for their daily production. We produce components and subassemblies for medical equipment manufactured by Siemens and GE factories. Besides, we supply units for robotic production lines of AUDI and VW factories.

The company had its first premises at the residence of the founders in Pécs. Production took place in a small workshop. At the beginning temporary workers were working in addition to a single permanent worker. The first orders we received involved simple processing of materials. In addition to manufacturing new products, we undertook and still undertake to carry out repair works. We undertook all works therefore outgrew the small workshop we used at the beginning, and in 2007 at Pécs-Hird we acquired our first production hall suitable for carrying out industrial activities with a floor space of approximately 250 m2. Here we were able to carry out production on a larger scale and serve more customers. Owing to our continuous progress and current developments, now the floor area of the production hall exceeds 1000 m2. Concerning work organization, our activities include manufacture and assembly of special-purpose products, machines and machine units. Therefore our machines and equipment are universal and able to satisfy all demands.

With a state-of-the-art CNC-machine park and highly qualified staff, we manufacture medium-lot sizes from steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum and plastic.

Assemblies: We combine turned and milled parts with a wide variety of assembly components - as a customer you will receive everything from a single source and tailored to your specific needs.

Turned parts: Precision mechanical parts from 1 mm to 65 mm in diameter.

Milled parts: State-of-the-art 5-axis machining enables the manufacturing of highly complex products with difficult geometries and the highest precision up to 500 x 500 x 500 mm.

Grinding parts: We support you with a wide range of grinding techniques.

The company “Hafelder Kunststoffwerk” was founded in 1945 by Mr. Ing. Zittmayr in Hafeld (Upper Austria).

Back then, only plastic injection machines were used (source drinking basin production).

In 1990, the company was acquired by Friedrich Gruber and continued to operate as a plastic injection moulding plant.

Later, the first spare parts for spring basins were produced in-house. (First machine - Emco 342S).

More and more lathes were gradually purchased, including two machining centers.

From 2000, the company moved to the new premises of a former office furniture factory.

Currently, around 100,000 turned parts are manufactured every month from a wide variety of materials such as brass, stainless steel, copper, cast iron, plastic, titanium, steel, etc.

In 2002, another turning shop (Ing. Arzberger in Trumau), including machines and customers, was taken over.

As a result, our company was almost doubled in size and renamed Hafelder Präzisionteile GmbH.

In recent years, production has increasingly switched to special, turned and milled parts and mainly parts have been manufactured

which must meet high requirements or have very low tolerances in the thousandths range.
