Our competence lies in the production of carbide tipped tools for the construction industry. We manufacture drills, drill bits, chisels and grit tools in series from 1 to 10,000 pieces. We use state-of-the-art technology to produce the standard range, which also incorporates our results from R & D. A core element of our expertise is the creation of customer-specific tools, which we offer as a complete solution from consultation to design to production.

The Hessel Metall + Plastic GmbH is a medium-sized company based in Berlin and currently employs 20 people.



Our core business includes the complete machining of components and parts. We manufacture small and medium series, but also in pilot production and in the manufacture of individual parts are our strengths. The Hessel Metall + Plastic GmbH is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2000.



The production takes place on modern CNC machine tools with which we can produce both series and also items economically and on time.

HGE GmbH in Elzach
The company was founded 1965 by Helmut Gießler operates with its pre-finished precision parts and assemblies as a supplier to the automotive industry, as well as the machine and tool. The direct contact with our customers allows us to respond quickly to the ever changing market situation and support our customers optimally in the development phase. Our goal is to work together with the customer to optimize product and process cost.

The company is located in Elzach and currently employs approximately 50 people, is 27 km from Freiburg and 38 km from Offenburg.
