Kolada Feinwerktechnik is a modern, responsible family company with a wide range of services and a good working atmosphere. Since 1998 we have been working with competence and responsibility not only as a supplier of turned and milled parts but our tasks go far beyond the mere delivery of technical components.

Due to the constantly growing machinery and the steadily increasing order volume, the move to our new production and administration building in Kaltenkirchen took place in 2015. On an area of 900 m², we manufacture high-quality precision parts for the aviation, medical technology and automotive industries with our experienced and qualified employees. Our company has extensive experience in processing a wide variety of materials and a wide range of manufacturing options.

Our state-of-the-art machinery and our CAD / CAM systems ensure the best conditions for the production of customized and tailor-made parts. In our component assembly we assemble precision parts made of different materials into ready-to-install components. We have been working with competent partners for additional surface treatments for years.

The satisfaction of our customers and adherence to delivery dates are our most important corporate goals. Qualified and competent advice round off our service concept perfectly.

We are a family business with over 40 professionals from the fields of precision engineering and toolmaking. Since 1975 we manufacture the most modern machinery single and series parts to complete, ready for installation, mechanical assemblies.
On our machines, we process all machinable materials.
Turning up to 200 mm diameter and a length up to 250 mm.
Milling to a side length of 500 mm.

We have been an international automotive supplier for turned and milled parts for more than 30 years and have specialized in the production of castings, forges, sheet metal, stamped and deep-drawn parts. We supply finished components for engine and transmission components as well as for electromagnetic actuators, sensors and valve technology.

We currently employ around 120 people on 5,000 m² of production space and 1,000 m² of storage space and produce around 41,000 components daily.

We are a Czech company (founded in 1998) with a German owner (lives in CZ). We turn and mill parts made of steel and aluminum. We also supply machined castings (aluminium, cast iron and investment casting). We buy castings from foundries in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. A coordinate measuring machine (Zeiss) is available.

Our offer includes the production and delivery of:

- Precision parts made of non-ferrous metals (aluminum), plastics (acrylic glass) and other materials
- Assembly of modules
in small series and individual pieces.

konstrutec - We construct technology - we combine twenty years of experience with a young, innovative team.
Our core competence is mold and tool making. But we also see ourselves in equipment and fixture construction as well as in the contract manufacturing of turned, milled and precision parts. Here our main focus is on individual production up to small series of 10 to a maximum of 150 pieces. The control cabinet and control construction round off our services.
Our location in Lower Bavaria offers us a very good network of excellent suppliers and a high level of training and further education opportunities for our team.
