THANKS TO OUR EQUIPMENT, THE WORKING DIMENSIONS OF THE COMPONENTS THAT CAN BE MANUFACTURED WITH US COVER A WIDE RANGE.
THE MANUFACTURE AND REPAIR OF PARTS - USING OUR TECHNOLOGIES - REMANUFACTURE AS NEEDED, ARE PERFORMED ON THE BASIS OF INDIVIDUAL ORDERS. WITH OUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, WE CAN MANUFACTURE COMPONENTS ON THE BASIS OF A DAMAGED OR USED SAMPLE, WITHOUT DRAWINGS AND DOCUMENTATION, TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE CONDITIONS OF APPLICATION AND INSTALLATION.
OUR CAD-CAM PRODUCTION SUPPORT SYSTEM IS CIMATRON 15, WITH WHICH WE CAN COMPLETE THE MODELING AND DOCUMENTATION OF COMPONENTS AND THE PREPARATION OF ISO PROGRAMS.

With the latest CNC milling machines, we offer 3-5 axis milling of any material (metal / plastic). Whether prototype, small series or large series, we cover the whole spectrum. Thanks to the CAM system, we can manufacture highly complex parts as well as mill simultaneously.

As an industrial service provider, we have been working for light metal foundries for 35 years in postmolding operations i.e. Surface processes such as shotblasting, deburring, heat treatment, NDT processes, sealing or impregnation of porous castings and now also CNC machining successfully

CNC machining centers with technology and automated injections

Once a small enterprise, which started with 3 employees and 4 old machines in 1997, STEVILA has grown into a company with a cutting-edge computerized machine pool that currently employs 135 persons.
The company has three production divisions: CNC turning, CNC milling and assembly. STEVILA produces medium-sized batches from 10 to 1.000 pcs. as well as assembled products in small and large series. 95% of the output is exported to different Western Europe countries: Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, the Netherlands and Austria. The key customers and partners of the company include more than 60 international companies operating in the automation, medicine, printing machine, railway and other industries.
Since 2003, UAB STEVILA has been working in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 quality management standard.

The own stocks contain structural, free cutting and stainless steel, aluminium, bronze, plastics and titanium. Rather larger stocks of material ensure timely production of urgent orders. Most of the materials are delivered by certified sellers in Germany. The company also processes cast and forges products.

If the customers' products need coating, Stevila perform zinc galvanizing, oxidation, nickel-plating, anodizing, powder and conventional painting at partner companies.

The finished products are delivered to customers by the own transport which goes to Berlin every week. Further on, from Berlin consignments are delivered to customer either with the help of expeditor or parcel delivery companies.

We manufacture from individual parts to complete machines.

Above all devices, equipment and small series (bis. about 500 pieces). Competent and with great experience, we work every day creative solutions to clients at home and abroad.
