Suzhou Skyler Electronic Technology Co.,Ltd was established in 2016, it is joint venture of Denish in China , engaging in mechanical and electronic manufacturing filed, OEM precision milled parts, turned parts & assembly manufacturer, aim to make human’s manufacturing higher quality, lower cost with more advanced technology.

Since June 2007 we have been working independently in machine and fixture construction as well as in contract machining.
Our area of competence lies in the processing of customer-specific orders in general mechanical engineering, tool and mold making as well as special machine construction.
We manufacture various components made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, cast iron and plastics on our modern machines.
We can also machine the most difficult components with up to 5 axes on our processing machines, with quantities of 1- 5000 pieces. cover.

We are a family company and we deal with complete production of technical parts and assemblies to order.

We have 4 CNC milling machines, 5 CNC lathes, a surface and cylindrical grinder, a CNC band saw, a Tig welder, a Mig welder for steel, stainless steel and aluminum and a sandblasting cabin.

We also offer complete assembly of parts. We offer heat treatment and surface treatment including painting.

The dimensions of the parts to be milled are up to 800x1600mm and those of the parts to be turned up to 400mm in diameter and 1000mm in length. Automatic lathes with bar feeder up to a diameter of 50 mm.

We use the Edgecam CAM system to program the machines. We deliver the finished parts to you. We are an ISO 9001 certified company.

The company swipeplates specializes in the machining of machine components in small and medium-sized series. Special components or prototypes are also welcome.

The following manufacturing technologies are available at the headquarters in Rauschenberg, Hesse:

Two three-axis milling machines for components up to 400 x 600 mm in size and a five-axis milling machine for components up to 400 x 400 mm. Both milling machines can process plastic as well as metal.

The plant in Vojkovice / Czech Republic offers capacities in the field of sheet metal processing.

Large-format sheets with a material thickness of up to 20 mm for steel and up to 12 mm for aluminum and stainless steel can be processed there.

CNC edging technology is also available.

Tubes made of steel, aluminum and stainless steel up to a diameter of 80 mm can be laser cut and CNC bent.

In addition, capacities are available for manual and robotic welding using the following welding processes: MIG/MAG, WIG, CMT. A facility for powder coating and chemical pretreatment as well as shot peening extend the range of services offered at the Czech plant.

The Fa. System7 metal technology GmbH is a metal processing company in Austria with 100 employees and focused on the high tech machinery.
By laser and cutting technology, we are able to cut sheets of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and brass for you to punch, abzukanten and welded together to form the finished modules.

Further, small parts such as bolts, nuts, pins, etc. are welded or pressed.
Mechanical machining (milling, turning) we can offer through our extensive machinery also.

Components we can coat our own powder coating system, but are also able to partner companies such as galvanized, galvanized, chrome-plated ... surfaces offer.
