Production plant was established in 1964 as a subsidiary of the then state enterprise Montážní podnik spojů Praha (Prague Telecommunications Installation Corporation). In 1985 were original technological huts completed by technological containers, designed mainly for installation of telecommunication technologies. Technological huts OPD and LB are delivered mostly for gas leading, water leading, energetic and railways systems distributors and providers.

Company has production plants as locksmith shop, material preparation hall with PC controlled enginery for cutting and bending, painting hall with modern painting boxes, fibreglass shop with equipment for injection fibreglass production and winding technology, assembling hall and its auxiliary shops as joiner and machining halls. There is for development of new products modern designing and constructing office.
