Machining centres
For complete 4 and 5 axis machining with 1-4 spindles. Single and multiple clamping of complex spherical, grey, aluminium and stainless steel cast parts (from prototype to serial production).

Lathes / Turning centres
With up to to 48 tools for bar machining up to 65mm diameter.

Grinding machines
- for external and internal cylindrical grinding, plunge-cut grinding, centreless grinding, between-centre grinding, brushing, polishing.

Honing machines
Manual, semi-automatic and automatic ( with integrated wash centrifuge) for diameters from 3-60mm.

Component cleaning equipment
Fully automatic 3 chamber washing system with integrated ultrasound function for complete cleaning of complex components.

We manufacture units on modern 5 axis CNC machining centres with the material of your choice, for example steel (e.g. St52, 1.4305, 16MnCr5 or C45), titan (e.g. Ti6Al4V), aluminium (e.g. AlMgSi, AlMg3, AlMgCuPb or AlZnMgCu1,5) and plastics (e.g. POM, PA, PA6.6 GF30 or PTFE).

Magnesium manufacturing
Furthermore, we offer our customers, to take over complete manufacturing processes like machining magnesium parts from solid metal (e.g. AZ31B) including the proximate surface treatment. We also carry out the mechanical processing of series parts from magnesium pressure cast - e.g. AZ91

We are a medium-sized company, which is active as a supplier for general machine building in the greater Hanover. Our company employs 20 people who work in two shifts to 4 CNC lathes with driven tools, and 4 CNC machining centers, including 2 piece 5 axis machines.

We are a machining company with a large number of automated machines. We manufacture series with batch sizes from 100 to 10000.
