Our goal is to offer our customers an all-round carefree package. That said, you bring the customer the idea, and thus the ball rolling. Everything else, from development tool manufacturing to mass production comes from our side. As we know from our own experience here, how difficult is the path from idea to finished product, we want to help you this way considerably.

Attrezzeria Trentina operates in both the national and international market as a partner specialised in the planning and construction of the following items:
- Tools for cold machining of sheet metal, such as multi-stage, forming, drawing, progressive and transfer moulds
- Setups and special clamping jigs for automatic machining in the work centres, equipment in general.
We also produce special-purpose machinery and automatic systems for industrial production.

We specialize in the manufacture of complex components of the tooling and engineering, typically in the lot size "one" and even small lots & prototypes.

We are equipped with machinery that covers the entire process chain of such components. From the pre-and soft processing, about the hardships in the area of the tool and machine typical types of steel, extends to the finish in air-conditioned rooms, our machinery. Machining Centers / Drilling / milling from DMG / DMU and Hermle, Roeder HSC milling, turning / lathe Mori Seiki and Okuma, grinders grinding / Jig Grinding by Hauser, Kellenberger, and the young and the EDM / DEM Wire EDM / EDM SEM from AgieCharmilles and OPS / Ingersoll are installed by us.

With 170 machine operators and 120 machines we make about 450,000 per year production hours.

We manufacture plates, frames, stamp guide plates, molded frames, moldings, 3D-shaped parts, guide plates, stripper, stripper plates and precision parts such as stamps, molds up to a size of 2000 x 1700, 3D parts up to 1700 x 1400, turned parts up to diameter 650 x 1000

In-house hardening, coatings (PVD, TiN, TiCN, CrN, WCC) in cooperation.

The materials we specialize in tool steels, high alloy steels (1.2379, 1.2343 ESR, 1.2344, 1.2311, 1.2312, 1.3343, Divar) powder metallurgy steels, PM steels (CPM, ASP, Vanadis VAN, REX, Hotvar) as well as hard metal carbide ( G10, G20, G30, K10, K20, K40, H40S).

BAUR METAL TECHNOLOGY is a medium-sized family, the ever-located since 1980 in the expansion. The company founder Manfred Baur stood at the beginning two employees to the side.
Due to the development of the company moved in 1997 from Weissach im Tal-break after Unteraspach, the original 250 m2 production area were tripled in a new building. In several stages, the production area was expanded to today 2000 m2. The current MB-team of 10 employees leads customer orders still just as promptly and flexibly through, like 20 years ago.

The metal is still the core business of Markus Baur. By investing in machinery that Leistungssprektrum is constantly being expanded.

Products:
We produce samples of parts, small-medium series in the area turning milling drilling, turn (10 mm to 80 mm and a length of 650 mm), mill (10 mm to 1 560 mm, width 10 mm to 750 mm, height 2 mm to 750 mm Speed ���up to 10 000 1/min).
The production of steel, aluminum and V2A modules on our 3D welding hole table length 50 mm x width 50 mm height 50 mm, up to 2500 mm wide x 2500 mm high x 12 500 mm long, with partial machining CNC and lacquering in our paint shop ev mounting.

We can weld steel, aluminum andn V2A TIG, MAG welding workshop DIN 18800 part 7, our authorization for the production of oil-bottom trays according to WHG § 19I is up to date

Steel sheet blanks of 1.5 mm to 10 mm (to a length of 3000 mm / V2A 1.5 mm to 6.0 mm to 3000 mm.)

Our paint shop was extended and modernized in 2008, the painting of small parts (width 100 mm x High 100 mm x length 100 mm) and machine components, cabinets, furniture, truck vintage cars, trucks, containers, machinery, etc. is available with different coating processes possible, eg : spray gun, Ayrlis high and low pressure possible (Dimensions: Width 4000 mm Height 3700 mm Length 12 500 mm).

We manufacture special-tow bars for cars and trucks with TÜV certificate seit1998. - Gantry crane up to 4.5 T, forklifts from 1.5 to 6.0 tons. -
At the programming station DXF files can be edited.

On our Tebis 2.5 and 3D programming courses, we can create all the editing programs. 2.5 and 3D machining also be run as subcontracting.
The mechanical and spatial possibilities for the manufacture and assembly have since been expanded as the know-how. Further, huge investments of new production halls, crane systems, large CNC - controlled milling machines and Horizontalbohrwerken paved the path challenging as an interesting partner to the automotive industry, the press industry and the aerospace technology.
