The "Officina Meccanica Gualco" has been working in the metal industry for 40 years and is specialized in Turning, Milling, Threading, Broaching and Wire-EDM. We are a family company and we deal with complete production of technical parts and assemblies to order. We have 4 CNC milling machines, 5 CNC lathes, a surface and cylindrical grinder, a CNC band saw, a Tig welder, a Mig welder for steel, stainless steel and aluminum and a sandblasting cabin. We also offer complete assembly of parts. We offer heat treatment and surface treatment including painting. The dimensions of the parts to be milled are up to 800x1600mm and those of the parts to be turned up to 400mm in diameter and 1000mm in length. Automatic lathes with bar feeder up to a diameter of 50 mm. We use the Edgecam CAM system to program the machines. We deliver the finished parts to you. We are an ISO 9001 certified company.
