The Hess Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Wittighausen.



We manufacture our wide-ranging production program with a modern machine park. Turning, we use four vertical CNC - Food - Lathes one of a diameter of 20 -250 mm and a length up to 1000 mm.

A double spindle lathe with short bar loader, EEZ. and Y-axis.

In addition, 3 Pick-Up lathes up to diameter 120 x 80mm.

In the area there are 3 milling machining centers with cutting length up to 3000 mm and with up to 4 axes.



Our product range includes rotary or milled parts of different sizes made of stainless steel, general steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals.



With timely orders (of lot size and delivery dependent), we guarantee 100% delivery performance. The order management and delivery monitoring is ensured by our individual computer system.

Our lot sizes range from small series up to kanban-controlled large scale production.

We currently employ 10 staff and two apprentices.

Welcome to the Heuer precision parts GmbH in Wernau near Esslingen.

Our specialty is the CNC machining of metals and non-metals.

For our customers, we produce high quality parts in small quantities, prototypes and pilot series to series parts in larger editions.
Again this year, we continue to invest. We have end of January 2012 took another 4-axis machining center with pallet changer 14 in operation.

Company HF NaJUS exists under this name since April 1-st 1997, but was established in 1937. HGE GmbH in Elzach
The company was founded 1965 by Helmut Gießler operates with its pre-finished precision parts and assemblies as a supplier to the automotive industry, as well as the machine and tool. The direct contact with our customers allows us to respond quickly to the ever changing market situation and support our customers optimally in the development phase. Our goal is to work together with the customer to optimize product and process cost.

The company is located in Elzach and currently employs approximately 50 people, is 27 km from Freiburg and 38 km from Offenburg.

Company founder Hans Georg Hillreiner was always convinced of the idea of self-employment.

In 1987 he successfully passed his master's examination. With this qualification and the subsequent foundation

As part of the re-certification, we were audited and certified according to the new ISO 9001:2015 in autumn 2019.
