The Hess Maschinenbau GmbH was founded in 1980 and is headquartered in Wittighausen. We manufacture our wide-ranging production program with a modern machine park. Turning, we use four vertical CNC - Food - Lathes one of a diameter of 20 -250 mm and a length up to 1000 mm. A double spindle lathe with short bar loader, EEZ. and Y-axis. In addition, 3 Pick-Up lathes up to diameter 120 x 80mm. In the area there are 3 milling machining centers with cutting length up to 3000 mm and with up to 4 axes. Our product range includes rotary or milled parts of different sizes made of stainless steel, general steel, cast iron and non-ferrous metals. With timely orders (of lot size and delivery dependent), we guarantee 100% delivery performance. The order management and delivery monitoring is ensured by our individual computer system. Our lot sizes range from small series up to kanban-controlled large scale production. We currently employ 10 staff and two apprentices. We are manufacturer of hand-operated screwdrivers and bits of all kinds. Moreover, a focus of our production, the production of special tools, forming and bending metal parts (round, 4-ct -., Or 6-ct-steel). Another important focus of our production is the own heat and also a very extensive plastic injection molding. We manufacture standard tools, standard and special-shape-and-bent parts, standard handles various plastics (also 2-component technology) and also special parts according to your specifications and place entire projects from existing and new partners to. For our in-house production we also have their own tool and die making.

For decades we manufacture drill bushings, precision standard parts and special parts according to customer drawings for the tooling and engineering.
