The Kurt Schneider AG is a mechanical operation in the field of production and module assembly. Our products range consists of the complete manufacture of individual parts to series production. We can manufacture simple to highly complex products of any materials.

We are a CNC turning/machining company located near Pamplona, Spain, equipped with state-of-the-art Japanese machinery (Nakamura, Citizen, Star, Okuma) and technology for both fixed-headstock (up to 150 mm in diameter) and sliding-headstock (up to 38 mm in diameter).

We supply various sectors including hydraulics, pneumatics, wind energy, locksmithing, gas cylinders, motorcycles, bus seats, automotive, gear cutting, diverse machinery manufacturing, fluid control, etc.

We work with free-cutting steels, carbon steels, alloy steels, pre-treated and stainless steels, brass, aluminum, bronze, and plastics in series starting from 1000 units

Since the founding of the KVR GmbH in 1959 we have grown into a company that has specialized in the fields of activity, pneumatics, CNC machining of metals, plastics processing and tool construction, including the construction.
