In the field of contract manufacturing, we can handle everything from small series to large series with our 5-axis milling machine with a connected assembly robot. A 3-axis machining center with a travel of 1020mm in X is also available.

Mekaltek is a company specialized in metal processing. We act as a contract manufacturer for leading press plants in our region, including well-known companies such as Erdoğanlar Alüminyum, Zinca Metal, Bor Alüminyum, Ersaş Alüminyum, Gülsan Alüminyum, Sistem Alüminyum, Burak Alüminyum and Arfen Alüminyum.

Founded in 2021 with a CNC machine, we are now the largest and most capable mechanical processing company in our region with 15 CNC machines, 5 punch machines and 7 saws. That is why around 20 extrusion companies in our region trust us and have their mechanically processed profiles manufactured by us.

In addition to aluminum processing, we aim to create a separate area in the same factory for mechanical processing of steel materials, laser cutting machines, tube laser machines and robot-assisted welding work.

As a result of our many years of experience in the industry, we have many close friends who work as plant managers, surface treatment managers and planning managers in the extrusion plants in our region. That is why we always have up-to-date information about which plant has spare capacity, which manufacturer has the best surface treatments and what capabilities the factories have.

For over 40 years we produce for third parties components for machinery, ranging from the bevel gear used for agricultural machinery, industrial vehicles and cars, to large gears used in harvesters, cutters and harrows.

We also manufacture special gears for sump machines and ground gears for cars, all through an advanced production system that allows us to know in real time the progress of the production cycle.

We also take care of the realization of gears to customers' drawing, a service that responds to the increasingly demanding requirements out of the market standard.

To ensure a high quality product, during all the phase of machining subject the material to a rigid and constant control by means of the product verification techniques defined for individual work areas. MENDI Metal Innovation Group is a company based in The Basque Country (North Spain) with over 50 years of experience producing complete Hydraulic, Pneumatic and mechanical assembled units. Due to accumulated experience during all these years, we have specialized on mechanizing components of different materials, big size tubular components within high dimensional requirements and high precision inner diameter finishing (honing). We work under drawing, satisfying customer requirements and MENDI guarantees the delivery of our products (tested) within the deadline agreed.
