Milling
We manufacture precision and precision milling parts as individual parts, small or large production runs with short delivery times and consistently high quality.
Complex parts are well thought out and prepared for external CNC programming courses.
Thus we achieve the best results and high capacity utilization.
Our machinery consists of four processing centers the company Hurco machining center and the company with which Fadal
our 3-axis CNC milling for 3D are available as well as machines from cover.

Drehtechnik
Through our many years of experience in CNC turning, we manufacture all kinds of precision turned parts.
We manufacture precise and sophisticated turned parts as individual parts, small or large series with an appealing delivery time and high quality standard. With our CNC lathe can we turned parts of Ø3mm - Ø80-the-shelf process completely automatically. The machine is equipped with a 12 - equipped trade revolver and with driven tools.Our machinery consists of two processing centers the company spinner and a Angelini Mars 140 More specialty is the milling of sinusoids.

Honing
Cross grinder Sunnen ML2000 with success in use. We honing diameter ranges from 1.5mm-100mm and a length of 300mm. We hone individual parts and small series to 300 pieces per unit. Our products include, among others piston pipes and valves.

CNC metrology
The wage measure in standard and sample parts of primitives, free-form surfaces and surface testing is a power with which we have instruments reacts through the use of our Mitutoyo comprehensively to the growing demands of our customers. With the powerful 3D CNC measuring machine concept Euro-C STRATO is our highest measurement precision, in the field of metrology, allows directly into the production environment. A target-actual comparison between three-dimensional surfaces and measuring points as well as scanning of contours is possible.This fluctuating ambient temperatures and vibrations thanks to innovative technologies to be mastered easily by yourself.

PLASTIC MANUFACTURING AND ELECTROMECHANICAL MACHINERY INDUSTRY AND TRADE

TechPlasty supply semi-finished products from all kinds of engineering plastics in the form of plates, bars, tubes, tapes, foils, and cuttings. We stock more than 100 tons of widely used engineering plastics ready for immediate delivery. We produce customized parts from engineering plastics through chip machining in pieces, small series and in huge volumes. We produce spare parts or prototypes according to drawings or samples.

- other processes related to the machining of sheet metal and welded machine parts (shot blasting, powder coating)

We provide production of parts strictly according to customer requirements, by working on our own quality assurance system based on the requirements of our customers from Switzerland and Germany, consisting in:
- preparation of production including a detailed analysis of the customer's requirements
- careful control of acceptance materials and semi-products
- systematic inspections during production and immediately corrective actions
- specific selection process for material suppliers and subcontractors of additional services
- careful protection of goods during delivery to the customer
