For more than 25 years we have been offering welding assemblies and machined steel parts for our customers. We mainly process steel, but also stainless steel and aluminum.

The parts manufactured by us are, for example, racks for general mechanical engineering, subframes for machines, frames and other parts, which require not only welding but also mechanical processing. Additionally, we are machining by milling and turning.

We manufacture assemblies for our customers from 1 m in length to 150 m in length, whereby the maximum processing length of a part is 21 m.

Many of our customers are in special machinery industry and our typical lot size is from 1 to 100 parts, depending on the part, some lots are also much bigger.

We work for you in two locations in northern Spain and may also support you through our sales Office in Germany, close to Hamburg.

The company was founded in 1982 by Gerardo Melillo and began its activities in the engineering sector. Over the years, thanks to the changing nature of the South market, the company has gone in other sectors such as the construction of prefabricated houses in areas affected by the earthquake and mechanical structural work. MENDI Metal Innovation Group is a company based in The Basque Country (North Spain) with over 50 years of experience producing complete Hydraulic, Pneumatic and mechanical assembled units. Due to accumulated experience during all these years, we have specialized on mechanizing components of different materials, big size tubular components within high dimensional requirements and high precision inner diameter finishing (honing). We work under drawing, satisfying customer requirements and MENDI guarantees the delivery of our products (tested) within the deadline agreed.

Based on a practical experience in the field, Metal-Inov Engineering SRL can offer you mechanical processing services, CAD design, CAM processing. Our main activity is the CNC milling processing operations, on a vertical center with HAAS brand numerical control, with a working volume of 762x406x508mm with an accuracy of +/- 0.02mm.
The materials we usually work with are aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and in general any cutting material. Due to the knowledge in the field of computer aided design we can execute any geometric shape that can be transposed in CAD2D / 3D format, the parts can be made by 2D milling or by 3D milling (complex geometries / volumetry)
Together with our collaborators we can also offer surface treatments so as to deliver the ready-to-use parts.
